The Day-of Hub

An overview of the Day-of Hub — your central place for the wedding timeline, shot list, music selections, and day-of notes.

The Day-of Hub is where the wedding day itself lives. It sits on the event's detail page and holds the timeline, shot list, music selections and planning notes together.

Getting There

From any event's detail page, click the Day-of Hub card. This opens a tabbed page with four sections:

  • Timeline — the minute-by-minute schedule for the day
  • Shot List — photo and video requests organized by category
  • Music — song selections mapped to moments (processional, first dance, etc.)
  • Notes — logistics like rain plans, emergency contacts, and vendor instructions

Each tab works the same way: add items, organize them by category, and optionally share them with the right vendors.

Day-of Details

At the top of the timeline tab, you will find a collapsible Day-of Details panel. This is where you record logistics that inform the timeline:

  • Ceremony and reception start and end times — the core anchors the whole timeline is built around (reception end can run past midnight)
  • Bridal and groom prep locations and start times
  • Hair and makeup count (helps estimate prep duration)
  • First look time and location
  • Cocktail hour location
  • Travel time between venues
  • Sunset time (for golden hour photos)

These details are saved on the event. Ceremony and reception times are always editable. The remaining fields (prep, first look, cocktail hour, travel, sunset) feed the AI timeline generator.

What Vendors See

When you share a timeline with a vendor, they see their assigned entries plus key milestones. Photographers and videographers also see the shot list. DJs and bands see the music selections. This happens automatically based on vendor type — you do not need to configure it.
