These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gilded website at gildedhq.com and the Gilded waitlist. By joining the waitlist or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
About Gilded
Gilded is a software product for wedding planners currently in development. The waitlist allows you to receive updates about Gilded's development and be notified when the product launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Gilded, specific pricing, or any particular features.
Founding Member Pricing
Waitlist members will be offered founding member pricing at launch. While we intend to honor the pricing communicated to waitlist members, final pricing may differ from previews shown on the website. Founding member pricing details, including duration and terms, will be confirmed at launch.
Your Responsibilities
By using our website and joining the waitlist, you agree to:
- Provide a valid email address that belongs to you
- Not submit false or misleading information
- Not attempt to disrupt or abuse the website or its systems
- Not use automated tools to submit multiple waitlist entries
Intellectual Property
All content on gildedhq.com — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by Gilded and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from Gilded related to product updates, launch announcements, and relevant content for wedding planners. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We will not send more than two emails per week during the waitlist period.
