Creating Your Account
How to sign up for Gilded, start your free trial, and choose the right plan.
Getting started with Gilded takes about two minutes. You do not need a credit card to begin, and you get a full 14-day free trial with access to every feature.
Signing Up
- Visit gildedhq.com and click Get Started Free
- Enter your name, email address, and a password
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your account
- You are in — your 14-day free trial starts immediately
During the trial, you have full access to all features so you can explore everything before deciding on a plan.
Choosing a Plan
Gilded offers two plans. You can choose your plan at any time during or after your trial.
Basic — $14/month (founding member rate)
Best for planners just getting started or with a smaller client load. Includes:
- Up to 5 active events
- Document builder with all three document types
- E-signature
- Client payment collection
- Up to 5 custom templates
- Basic document branding
Pro — $23/month (founding member rate)
Best for established planners who want the full toolkit. Everything in Basic, plus:
- Unlimited active events
- Unlimited custom templates
- Full document branding (custom fonts, hero images, advanced color palettes)
- Automated client reminders
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing.
About the Free Trial
Your trial lasts 14 days from the moment you sign up. During this time:
- You have access to all Pro features
- No credit card is required
- You can create events, build documents, send for signature, and collect payments
- Nothing is deleted if your trial expires — you just need to pick a plan to continue
What Happens After the Trial
When your 14 days are up, you will be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is safe — events, documents, and templates are all preserved. You simply select Basic or Pro and enter your payment information to continue where you left off.
Founding Member Pricing
The prices listed above are founding member rates, available to planners who sign up during our early access period. These rates are locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Standard pricing after the founding window closes will be $24/month (Basic) and $39/month (Pro).
